Step 1 — Reach Out

Tell us a bit about your business and what’s taking up too much of your time. We’ll reply personally, usually within three (3) business days, either with next steps or honest feedback if it’s not a fit yet.

Step 2 — Discovery Meeting(s): $50/hour
We meet (video or phone) to understand your workflow in detail. Most projects take 1 to 3 one-hour meetings. We tell you the cost up front — no surprise invoices.
Step 3 — Package 1: Requirements Document
At the end of your meeting(s), you get a written Requirements Document — a clear, plain-language description of exactly what the automation should do. This document is yours. Use it to move forward with HeliosX, or take it to any other automation provider. No obligation either way.
From there, two paths:
Package 2: You Host, We Build
We build the automation from your Requirements Document; you run it in your own n8n, Zapier, or Make account. Priced based on complexity — quoted after your Requirements Document is finished.
Package 3: We Host It For You
Same build as package 2, but HeliosX hosts and runs it for you as an ongoing subscription. Priced as a build fee plus a monthly rate based on how often it runs.
Future Preview
In the future, we aim to be able to deliver your automations as a single-download, self-hosted software, running on your own computer or server – just like software used to be delivered, before corporate boardrooms became addicted to subscriptions.
